No earnings guarantee
Per Competition Act s.74.01, earnings representations must be substantiated. We make no claims about franchisee outcomes and explicitly disclaim any guarantee of return on investment.
Provincial disclosure
Buyers in ON, AB, BC, MB, NB, PEI are protected by their provincial Franchises Acts (14-day cooling-off, 60-day rescission window where applicable). Quebec buyers rely on the Civil Code of Québec. Buyers in NS, NL rely on common-law disclosure duties.
No endorsement of brands
CFEG does not endorse any specific franchise brand. Brands we surface for the free-match arm are chosen on fit, not commission rate. We are not affiliated with any single brand or system.
Limitation of liability
CFEG is not liable for outcomes of franchise purchases made through our matching or brokerage services. The buyer is solely responsible for due diligence on any franchise brand or resale listing.
