CFEG works within every provincial Franchises Act and the common-law disclosure duties of the provinces without one. Our advisors are trained to surface four common agreement traps before you sign.

Independent

We are not tied to any single brand. The brands we surface for the free-match arm are chosen on fit, not commission rate.

Province-aware

Six provinces have franchise-specific disclosure statutes (ON, AB, BC, MB, NB, PEI). Quebec operates under the Civil Code. The rest (NS, NL) operate under common-law disclosure duties. We work inside all three regimes.

Compliance-first

CASL-compliant lead capture (S.C. 2010 c.23), PIPEDA-aware privacy (S.C. 2000 c.5), Loi 25 (Quebec) for residents, Competition Act s.74.01 / s.74.011 for marketing, CFA Code of Ethics.
